Chinese Herbal Medicine
As part of the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine, your practitioner may choose to prescribe Chinese medicine to treat your condition.
This comes in various forms – powder, pills and capsules – and you will be given full instructions as to when and how to take them.

How often will I need to come?
Treatment frequency depends on the condition being treated. For those who just want to take Chinese herbal medicine without acupuncture treatment, you will need to attend a full consultation. You will then provided with your bespoke formula.
A follow up call will then be made within your first week to monitor your progress and determine at what interval follow up appointments are needed.
Depending on the condition being treated you may need to take herbs for any where from a number of days to a number of months. As your symptoms and condition change so may your formula to echo the changes being made in your body.
